Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the site and services offered by Cyberlab Project: web development, applications, SaaS products, cloud and consulting.

Every project starts from a written quote describing scope, timeline, costs and revisions. Work begins after acceptance.

Delivered code and content become your property upon full payment. Reusable tools and libraries remain ours.

We guarantee the work conforms to the quote for 30 days after delivery. We do not cover damage from third-party changes.

Our liability is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has jurisdiction over any dispute.
